When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once dispatched, delivery to the UK usually takes around 5 to 10 days.
Please note that unforeseen delays, such as postal disruptions or increased parcel volumes during holidays, may extend delivery times.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Be sure to check your SPAM or Junk folder in case the email lands there.
If you cannot locate your dispatch email or believe you may have deleted it, feel free to contact us at hello@mimifemme.com. We’ll provide real-time updates about your order status.
My item arrived broken or damaged—what can I do?
If the product itself is damaged, please take photos and email them to us at hello@mimifemme.com. While we take great care to protect your items during shipping, we are not responsible for damages to boxes, cases, or other packaging.
We ensure your product is securely packed, but handling during transit is the carrier’s responsibility.
I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
If you ordered multiple items, they might be shipped separately as they are dispatched from different warehouses. Don’t worry if some items arrive before others—rest assured, they’re on their way!
I need to cancel or change my order—how do I do this?
We’ll do our best to cancel your order, but if it has already been processed or shipped, cancellation won’t be possible.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. If it has already been dispatched, changes cannot be made, but we’re happy to assist with returns if needed.
My order hasn’t arrived—please help!
Don’t worry—it’s on its way! If more than 4 weeks have passed since dispatch, please contact us, and we’ll investigate further.

I entered the wrong delivery address—can I fix it?
If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can update the address without issue.
However, if the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot make changes.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Our email may have been filtered into your SPAM or Junk folder, so please check there. If you still can’t find it, contact us, and we’ll resend the email for you.
I don’t have a tracking number—when will I get it?
Your dispatch confirmation email typically includes your tracking number. If it’s not there, you can email us at hello@mimifemme.com for an update. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
